Owner of Four Seasons Hotel New York rejects $900M purchase offer

Four Seasons Hotel New York owner Ty Warner has turned down a $900 million purchase offer for the property. "Due to the continued strength in the New York real estate market and impending fiscal cliff, he does not feel that this is an advantageous time to sell this iconic property," said Donna Snopek, chief financial officer of Ty Warner Hotels and Resorts, in a statement.
