Packaging contributes to rising bath product sales

Sales of bath and shower product are projected to reach $6 billion in the next five years, according to market research firm Euromonitor International. Driving those sales are innovative products that appeal to customers through their packaging, such as Barista, which uses clear bottles and jars to showcase their products. More brands are requesting larger, unusually-shaped bottles to stand out from competitors and demand more space on store shelves, said Marny Bielefeldt, director of marketing for Alpha Packaging.
