Buffalo, N.Y., will get its first distillery since Prohibition

Lockhouse Distillery will open in Buffalo, N.Y., this weekend as the first licensed distillery there since Prohibition. The distillery will launch its specially crafted vodka, Lockhouse Vodka, which is produced from locally sourced products and sold for $35 per 750ml bottle. The distillery plans to produce 30,000 gallons of the vodka each year, and will host tours and tastings at the facility.
