Hyatt aims to reinvent all-inclusive market with new Ziva and Zilara brands, VP says

Hyatt Hotels is looking to innovate in the all-inclusive space with its two new brands -- the Hyatt Ziva and the Hyatt Zilara -- particularly in the F&B department and with guest engagement during the post-booking period, said Chris Walker, vice president of brand experience for Ziva and Zilara. "We're going to spend a lot of time listening to customers and really dig into the guest experience and figure out how we can enhance that," Walker said. Hyatt's third all-inclusive property, the Hotel Ziva Rose Hall in Jamaica, is scheduled to open next year.
