Supreme Court Hears School Privacy Case

The U.S. Supreme Court today will hear the case of an Oklahoma woman who claims her children's privacy was violated when their peers read their grades aloud in class. At issue is whether the 1974 Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act protects students' grades.
