Air Force One flight attendants load luggage, plan menus

Flight attendants who staff Air Force One have more job responsibilities than the typical flight attendant. In addition to catering to government dignitaries, they load luggage into the cargo hold, plan menus, buy food and supplies and prepare meals. All of the flight attendants are Air Force enlisted personnel trained in aircraft emergencies, culinary arts and survival skills.
