Construction headquarters can produce more energy than it uses

Ferreira Construction's new headquarters in New Jersey is believed to be the nation's first commercial building to produce more electricity than it uses. The highway and bridge construction company's 41,500-square-foot warehouse uses solar energy, taking power from the grid only on cloudy days.
