Missouri River levees remain damaged, state officials say

About 40 levees on the Missouri River are still damaged from spring flooding. To avoid flooding lowlands, officials are asking the Army Corps of Engineers not to raise levels next year on the river. An official for the Corps of Engineers said the levees should be repaired by next spring.
