The strength of the retail commercial real estate recovery is still unclear, but some positive signs are emerging, says David Henry, CEO of Kimco Realty. Discounters are expanding and doing especially well. Also, high-end retailers with less price-sensitive clientele are optimistic about the coming year. Meanwhile, Internet sales are expected to increase in low double-digit percentages this year compared with 2010.
