Rising trend in mobile devices points to more content and advertising

Rapid consumer adoption of mobile devices is accompanied by quickly rising demand for mobile content, which in turn is expected to more than triple online video advertising in the U.S. over the next four years, eMarketer says. Although strong gains are seen in the more mature markets for smartphones and e-readers, the biggest surge is expected in tablet computers, with the number of U.S. users projected to rise to 89.5 million in 2014 from 33.7 million this year.
