Hootsuite CEO: Why Kohl's won Black Friday on Twitter

Wal-Mart had the most Twitter mentions on Black Friday, but Macy's and Kohl's won when it came to positive buzz, with 95% and 92% positive sentiments respectively, according to a study by HootSuite. Kohl's was declared the winner based on the way it used the social medium to interact with customers.
