Worker's migraine condition isn't confidential, court rules

A federal appeals court has ruled against a contract worker who argued that his former employer violated medical-confidentiality rules by disclosing his migraine condition to prospective employers. The court agreed with a lower-court decision that the information was not revealed through a medical inquiry.
