Letters urging attacks prompt travel alert for Kenya

Two letters from a religious leader calling for the assassination of 17 Kenyan and Somali nationals have prompted the U.S. State Department to issue a travel alert for Kenya. "We have seen those letters and they were sufficiently alarming to cause us to issue the advisory," a U.S. Embassy official said.
