CDC report: U.S. obesity rates plateau

The CDC has issued a report that finds U.S. obesity rates are holding steady, with more than one-third of U.S. adults found to be obese in 2005-2006. The study found that obesity rates were highest in people ages 40 to 59 and that Mexican-American and black women have higher rates of obesity than their white counterparts.
