Gatorade juices up marketing push in '08

Gatorade plans to launch a series of new products and marketing initiatives in 2008 to counter a recent sales dip and boost what some have characterized as a diminished brand appeal in a crowded sector. In addition to new drink lines featuring low-calorie and caffeinated products, next year's marketing plan calls for an endorsement deal with Tiger Woods, which will include his promotion of a Gatorade Tiger line, and a prominent Super Bowl commercial.
