NASA's Apollo program is a good example of how leaders must encourage every employee at every level to see themselves as key players in reaching the organization's mission and goals, Tanveer Naseer writes. For example, when faced with the "daunting" challenge of landing a man on the moon, NASA employees had "a clear drive to prove -- both to themselves and to the world -- that they had 'the right stuff' to make this happen," he writes.
