Cirrus Aircraft will enter market for small jets with Vision

Cirrus Aircraft, based in Duluth, Minn., is the leading manufacturer in four-seat airplanes, but plans to expand into small jets. "The easier an airplane is to fly, the more often you fly, the better you are as a pilot, the safer," said Dale Klapmeier, CEO of Cirrus Aircraft. The company plans to begin production of its Vision small jet in three to five years.
