Cuomo says state pension fund won't finance infrastructure

New York Gov. Andrew Cuomo said the state's pension fund would not invest in a $1 billion to $2 billion consortium to finance state infrastructure projects. Seeking to clarify his earlier comments, Cuomo said the state is looking into the possibility of inviting union pension funds to invest in the reconstruction of the Tappan Zee Bridge, but state funds would not be part of any such deal.
