Experts weigh pros and cons of SoulCycle workouts

SoulCycle workouts combine riding a stationary bike with upper-body exercises, and while classes are becoming popular in the U.S., some experts question the value and safety of the workout. They say the combination may not burn more calories or build upper-body muscle and the opposing forces from the different movements could injure the lower back and put strain on the knees.
