The real trouble with Google+'s Circles

Google+ shouldn't be so proud of its friend-sorting Circles feature, Sarah Perez writes. Google touts Circles in a TV ad for its social network, but manually sorting groups of friends is a massive pain for users, Perez writes. "Drag-and-drop, however cute the user interface, is a poor [substitute] for automation assisted by intelligent algorithms," Perez writes.
