Pizzas topped with Brussels sprouts or Korean barbecue are on the menu at California Pizza Kitchen's new prototype restaurant at Florida's Sawgrass Mills. The new style also trades signature yellow and chrome decor for lower-key California casual, and includes an open kitchen where guests can watch chefs toss the pizza by hand. "The whole idea is about taking the best of what put us on the map and making it relevant for 2012 and beyond," CEO G.J. Hart said.
