NYC quickservice workers protest, push to organize

Dozens of workers at New York City quickservice eateries including McDonald's, Burger King, Wendy's and Taco Bell walked off their jobs Thursday as part of growing effort to unionize the city's fast-food workers. The workers are pushing to raise wages to $15 per hour; experts say unionizing quickservice workers has proved challenging in the past because of the industry's high turnover.
