Groups target "cyber bullying"

Internet safety groups, school districts and the government are taking steps to curb cyber bullying, or student harassment of peers via e-mail, the Web and text messages. Sites such as the Department of Health and Human Services' Stop Bullying Now, special TV programs and a teen-geared musical offer tips on how to identify and deal with hurtful teasing and intimidating messages.
