Massachusetts governor unveils $4.8B infrastructure plan

Massachusetts Gov. Deval Patrick is introducing a measure to spend $4.8 billion on improving the state's transportation infrastructure. The plan calls for spending $500 million on road and bridge repairs and $100 million on rail projects, in addition to $700 million for a series of projects that would be part of the Big Dig.
