Bluefin tuna no longer served at top French restaurants

Several of France's greatest chefs have agreed they will no longer serve bluefin tuna and other endangered species of seafood at their restaurants. "People tend to buy fish at the market that they've had at a restaurant," said chef Gael Orieux. "So my logic is to propose other fish, that are less under threat, in order to influence consumers in their choices."
