Chicago Park District plants new grass at Soldier Field

The Chicago Park District began to replace the turf at Soldier Field on Tuesday after players from the Chicago Bears and the Philadelphia Eagles complained that they have lost their footing because the playing surface has become soft. The Park District left the grass untouched at the end zone and said that they could install an artificial turf surface if the Chicago Bears prefers to make the change.
