Social networks are told to "de-index" suspicious luxury-goods sites


A federal judge has issued a sweeping ruling that orders Facebook, Twitter and Google+ to "de-index" about 230 websites suspected of selling counterfeit luxury goods. The case, brought by Chanel, drew criticism from legal experts who said the site owners were not given a chance to defend themselves.
