The St. Regis Aspen Resort in Colorado is rotating in new chefs for its Chefs Club by Food & Wine programs. The menu will get a reboot from Jenn Louis of Lincoln Restaurant and Sunshine Tavern in Portland, Ore.; Jonathon Sawyer of The Greenhouse Tavern and Noodlecat in Cleveland; Kevin Willmann of Farmhaus in St. Louis; and Matt Lightner of Atera in New York.
