NASA releases radar photos of mile-wide asteroid

NASA released detailed images of mile-wide asteroid 2007 PA8 that the agency's Deep Space Network antenna captured when the space rock made its closest approach to Earth in over a century. The radar views show that the slowly revolving asteroid is asymmetrical and elongated with possible boulders, ridges and craters on its surface.
