Gutierrez nomination eyed by U.S. sugar industry

The nomination of Kellogg CEO Carlos Gutierrez as secretary of commerce is being praised by many in the business community, but Gutierrez's past criticism of the U.S. sugar program as "one of the worst forms of protectionism," has the sugar lobby concerned. "We're just going to have to wait and see," one lobbyist said.
