Group's study claims shoppers abandoning Wal-Mart

Consumers, increasingly aware of certain policies at Wal-Mart Stores, are starting to shop elsewhere, according to a study by Wake Up Wal-Mart, a union-based activist organization. A retail analyst, though, said sales at the world's biggest retailer show otherwise.
