Columnist Ruthanne Terrero says that the attacks in Mumbai are prompting travel agents to reassure their clients about their safety. Terrero suggests that agents use trusted suppliers and well-established, big-name tour operators. She also says Americans should try to not stand out while traveling. "This is a suggestion that's been posed to them for years, but it's important that you point out exactly what this means to your clients," she writes.
