Texas Supreme Court to rule on policy exclusion case

The Texas Supreme Court is deciding if Nationwide Insurance has to pay in the case of a boy injured by a driver fleeing from police. The company refused to pay for the boy's injuries, saying the driver voided his insurance contract by trying to elude police with the knowledge he could cause an accident. Two courts have sided with Columbus, Ohio-based Nationwide.
