EPA wants more tests before deciding on ethanol blends:

More tests are needed to determine whether car engines can handle higher concentrations of ethanol in gasoline, according to the Environmental Protection Agency. The agency is considering increasing the maximum blend to 15% from 10%. It hopes to make a decision on whether to raise the concentration by June.
