Shopping bags boost marketing efforts

Retailers count on customers to carry their holiday messages out of the store each season, on branded bags. From Bloomingdale's, which trades in its big brown bags for holiday works of art each year, to teen retailer Lucky Brand, which launched its first "artist" series of bags this year, stores are increasingly using the seasonal sacks as marketing tools.
