United Express takes Mesa Air to court over contract:

The Northern District Court of Illinois is now considering United Express's contract with Mesa Air. United has taken issue over the potential disruption in service that could result from Mesa's "swapping out" 10 CRJ200s with 10 70-seaters next year. United maintains the contract holds that any replacement must be accomplished by April 30, when Mesa's CRJ200 service with United Express ends.
