Foreclosures, weak demand force down home prices

Most major cities are experiencing a decline in home prices as foreclosures mount and demand remains weak. Analysts say it will take job gains and fewer foreclosures for the markets to improve. The S&P/Case-Shiller 20-city index underscored weaknesses in the housing market with home prices deteriorating in 18 of the cities.
