London's Telegraph is rumored to have pay-based online plans

London's Telegraph newspaper reportedly is the latest print-media outlet to consider migrating to a paid-content model for its online content, following its rival the Sunday Times. According to media reports, the paper's parent company, Telegraph Media Group, will begin charging for online subscriptions beginning next year. A spokeswoman for the paper would not confirm the report, saying only that "no decisions have been made."
