Wall Street pay is expected to decline, insiders say

Compensation consultants, executives and traders said pay on Wall Street this year likely will be less than previous levels as the industry finishes a difficult year for deal making and financial markets. Investment-banking compensation is expected to be down as much as 10% compared with 2009, according to Options Group.
