Madison elementary schools add more choices for lunch

Madison, Wis., elementary schools are adding a second entree to lunch menus to increase the number of students who participate in the program and to encourage children to eat what is served. Food services manager Steve Youngbauer says it will not be a choice between a healthy and less-healthy option, but there may be regular vegetarian entrees.
