Tips for administrators to help teachers embrace change

To help teachers adjust to new ideas, school leaders must focus on why a change is good for the students and how it can save time, writes George Couros, principal at Parkland School Division in Alberta, Canada. In this blog post, he suggests that if teachers can be shown how a change means doing something different -- instead of doing more -- and how it makes things better, they are more apt to accept it.
