Ghana high school enforces dress code for male students

A Ghana high school has banned its male students from wearing pants that sag below the waist and expose their underwear. During a recent Parent-Teacher Association meeting, parents were asked to monitor their children's dress and were told that children would be reprimanded, even off of school grounds, for dressing that way.
