Milwaukee's sick-leave law affects all workers in city

Five Milwaukee attorneys talked to BizTimes about the city's new sick-leave law, which requires small businesses, with fewer than 10 people on the payroll, to give workers five paid sick days each year. The attorneys said the law applies to all people working in the city regardless of where the company is located, whether the work they perform is only sometimes in the city and whether they are seasonal employees.
