House panel is set to approve "final pieces" of regulatory reform

The House Financial Services Committee will likely approve regulatory-reform legislation today, setting up a vote on the bill in the full House next week. Members of the Congressional Black Caucus had blocked action on the measure, but reached an agreement with the White House and Democratic leaders to allow it to move out of committee.
