Microsoft launches microblogging for Chinese market

Microsoft's MSN China is taking on the Chinese market for microblogging with a new service, MSN Juku, which aggregates brief messages and connects users with their Windows Live Messenger contacts. The 140-character message is not new to China; Plurk and other services are already popular, though some, including Twitter, have been blocked by censors.
