Next year, Ohio voters may decide more casino ballot issues after the passage last month of a constitutional amendment allowing casinos in four Ohio cities. One ballot issue would allow cities to opt out of the casino plan. Another issue would ban slot machines at racetracks, while two other issues tighten state regulations at the state's approved casinos.
