Small firms expect smartphone use to increase

National Federation for Independent Business data indicate optimism is low among small-business owners, but that does not seem to be affecting those business owners' demand for some communications products. The NFIB data indicate that a significant number of small- and midsize businesses expect smartphones will be a top purchasing priority in the next two years, and mobile applications will be the most important tech priority.
