Trinity River levee collapses due to water leak

One section of the Trinity River levee in Dallas has collapsed due to a water leak, officials say. Last year, the Army Corps of Engineers gave Dallas a failing grade for the city's levee system. "I think this line was probably tested back in 2007-2008, but since then it has developed a leak," said Kelly High of Trinity Watershed Management.
