Incoming GOP governors want more flexibility on Medicaid

Republican governors-elect told incoming House Majority Leader John Boehner, R-OH, they want more flexibility to regulate health care programs, such as Medicaid, as they tackle big budget deficits. Many support overturning the federal health reform law, but Ohio's incoming Gov. John Kasich said his main mission was finding ways to reduce Medicaid costs.
