A century ago, Buenos Aires residents would visit Argentina's Tigre Delta, a 45-minute ride by train, for a bit of high-class respite. Although rich bohemians eventually abandoned the Tigre Delta for beach destinations, they have returned to find ambitious hotel projects, luxurious spas and updated shopping areas.
